Terms of Service

Last updated 1/02/2026. These terms govern your use of the Fivem CFX Unban service and related products.

Definitions

• “Service” means our software, website and any related tools.
• “User” means any person accessing or using the Service.
• “License Key” means an authorization token to access the Service.
• “Reseller” means an authorized third-party distributing keys.

License & Access

• We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service.
• Reverse engineering, debugging, bypassing protections or redistribution is prohibited.
• Use on virtual machines is not supported and may result in termination.
• We may deactivate or revoke access at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell, or lend your license key to any third party.
• Do not attempt to circumvent platform rules or protections.
• Do not use the Service to engage in harmful, illegal or abusive behavior.

Payments & Refunds

• No refunds after license activation; payment disputes may disable the account.
• Refunds are only considered if methods are patched within two weeks from release.
• Unauthorized reseller keys may be blacklisted without compensation.

Resellers

• Resellers may distribute only keys; rebrands or protectors are not allowed.
• Blacklisted resellers cause blacklist of all keys sold by them.
• Payments accepted by resellers may be limited to LTC/BTC.

Warranties & Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for bans, detections, losses or damages arising from use.
• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk; you are responsible for compliance.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or at our discretion.
• Anti-tamper measures may result in blacklist of key, IP or HWID.

Changes

• We may update these terms at any time; continued use signifies acceptance.
